Gerber Knives.

When it comes to getting outside and getting the people we care about fed, there’s easy and there’s the way we choose to do it. Because Easy Doesn’t fill up the freezer, put food on the table, or deserve the best tools and knives to take on all that you encounter outdoors.

Simply put, Easy Doesn’t.

Manifesto:
Hacking through underbrush to get to the riverbank before the sun’s fully risen…

Scrambling up a slope of scree and debris to get a scope on a herd a half-mile away…

Trudging across mud-filled fallows to reach the tree line where morels might grow…

When it comes to getting outside, getting that connection and getting the people we care about fed, there’s easy and there’s the way we choose to do it.

Call it ritual. Something sacred. Something necessary.

We go outdoors, over and again, to seek sustenance… of stomach and of spirit. But nothing about it is easy, and victories are few and far between. And no matter how much more we might fail than succeed, our hunger is fed by the difficulties experienced, endured and overcome.

Because each missed shot has a story… every snagged line a lesson… every shift in the weather a sliver of wisdom… each uphill climb and upstream wade an upside in the end.

It takes a strength to follow the harder route – one that’s matched by the strength borne from experiences along the way. And our gear’s gotta be equal in that equation.

Because when we want to bring back our catch, our kill… even just our stories, easy doesn’t fill the freezer, easy doesn’t feed our souls, easy doesn’t make anything memorable, easy doesn’t do much at all.

Simply put, EASY DOESN’T
